How the checker works
Every creator program publishes minimum numbers. The checker compares your numbers with them one at a time and shows the gap for anything you have not reached yet. Where a program accepts either of two routes, you only need one. YouTube, for example, accepts long-form watch hours or Shorts views. Progress bars stop at 100%.
The thresholds match our monetization requirements page, which links to each official source. They were last checked on 8 October 2026. Programs change, so confirm on the platform before you make plans around a date.
Rolling windows reset; followers do not
Subscribers and followers add up over time. Watch hours, Shorts views, TikTok views, and Twitch broadcast numbers do not: each is counted over a moving window of 12 months, 90 days, or 30 days. As new activity enters the window, older activity drops out. A video that did well a year ago stops counting toward YouTube’s watch hours, so a steady schedule matters more than one spike.
That is why the optional projection only covers the follower-type number. It divides the remaining gap by the monthly gain you enter and rounds up to a whole month. It does not predict your growth, and it assumes the other requirements are met at the same time.
What the numbers cannot tell you
- Platform review. YouTube, Twitch, and X review accounts after the numbers are met. Reused or unoriginal content is a common reason for rejection.
- Where you live. Every program is limited to certain countries, and the lists change.
- Account standing and type. Strikes, policy violations, and on TikTok, business or political accounts, can block access regardless of the numbers.
- Earnings. Qualifying lets you earn. It does not say how much. Use the earnings calculator for a scenario once you are in.
Notes for each platform
YouTube
There are two tiers. The first, at 500 subscribers, unlocks fan funding such as memberships and Super Thanks. Ad revenue starts at the second tier, with 1,000 subscribers. Only public videos count toward watch hours and Shorts views; private, unlisted, and deleted videos do not. YouTube can turn off monetization on channels that have not uploaded or posted to the Posts tab for six months. Once you are in, the guide to finding your YouTube RPM shows how to forecast income from your own data.
TikTok
Reaching 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in 30 days makes an account eligible to join. Only original videos longer than one minute earn rewards, and only on qualified views. See how many TikTok views it takes to make $100.
Twitch
All four Affiliate numbers have to be reached within the same 30-day window, and two-factor authentication must be on. The viewer requirement counts days, not your overall average: you need 4 stream days that each averaged 3 or more concurrent viewers, and weaker days do not count against you. Partner is a separate application: you need at least 6 streams averaging 75 or more viewers in each of the last two 30-day periods. The Twitch earnings calculator shows what subs and viewer hours could pay.
X
Original Content Rewards replaced Creator Revenue Sharing in September 2026. Only Home Timeline impressions from verified users count, replies are excluded, and you need an active Premium subscription.
