SocialRevCounter is designed to minimize data collection while keeping estimates transparent.
Calculator and account inputs
Scenario calculator values are submitted to calculate a result. SocialRevCounter does not create site user accounts. You may connect your own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit to view authorized profile and public video statistics. Calculator submissions are not presented as verified platform data. Saved platform inputs and results are kept in the server-managed session associated with your browser cookie. Sessions expire after 120 minutes of inactivity under the current configuration; expired server records may remain until routine cleanup. Remove a platform using its Remove button to remove it from the active saved total. The break-even planner does not add successful submissions to that saved total; failed validation may temporarily retain form values so you can correct them.
TikTok connection
We request only configured profile and video permissions and display the fields you authorize. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted in server-side session storage and are used only for this connection. Profile and video responses are displayed without being saved by this feature. Disconnect removes connection data from the active session and requests TikTok revocation; if that request fails, we explain how to revoke access in TikTok. Session expiration ends local access but does not revoke TikTok permissions; expired records can remain until hosting cleanup. You can revoke SocialRevCounter in TikTok at any time. Google Analytics is disabled on TikTok connection and callback pages. Hosting logs and backups are subject to hosting retention; callback query strings should be excluded from logs. This connection does not retrieve or verify your earnings.
Income stress test
The stress test processes the financial amounts you enter to return a hypothetical scenario. Successful and invalid submissions are rendered directly without saving those inputs to your calculator session. Result responses request no browser or shared-cache storage and no search indexing. The tool does not create a public result link. Ordinary server request logging remains subject to the hosting configuration.
Topic video search
When you search a topic, the topic and optional language preference are sent to the YouTube Data API to retrieve public video and channel fields. Successful responses are cached for about 15 minutes. Search result pages are not indexed. The API key stays on the server. This search does not calculate earnings.
Sponsorship quote builder
The quote builder processes the deliverable description, costs, hours, and fees you enter to return a draft for that response. Successful and invalid submissions are rendered directly without saving those inputs to your calculator session. Result responses request no browser or shared-cache storage and no search indexing. The tool does not create a public quote link. Ordinary server request logging remains subject to the hosting configuration.
Monetization checker and engagement rate calculator
Both tools process the numbers you enter to return a result for that response. Successful and invalid submissions are rendered directly without saving those inputs to your calculator session. Result responses request no storage by browsers and shared caches and are excluded from search indexing. If you choose to send engagement numbers to the Instagram calculator, they are saved to your calculator session like any other calculator entry.
Analytics and appearance preferences
When configured, Google Analytics measures visits and page activity using browser and device information and may set measurement cookies. Calculator values are not deliberately sent as analytics events by the application. Page URLs may be measured, so avoid putting private information in links. The browser also stores your selected light or dark theme locally. Fonts are served from this site, so loading a page does not contact a third-party font service.
Learn about Google’s use of information from partner sites. Clearing site cookies ends access to the current saved session from that browser; it does not immediately erase retained hosting logs or analytics records.
Advertising and cookies
When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, and similar technologies to provide, measure, and personalize advertising where permitted. Required consent controls must be active before advertising is enabled for visitors in regulated regions.
Server information
Hosting providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timestamps for security, reliability, and operational logs.
